WHAT IS YOUR CANCELATION POLICY?
Any booking fee/deposit is considered non-refundable. I am able to transfer a deposit 1 time in the event there is an emergency or you are unable to make it on the date of the shoot. If the session is rescheduled more than once an additional booking fee must be paid to hold a new date.
DO YOU CHOOSE A LOCATION OR DO I?
I'm happy with either! I definitely have locations I've shot at before or scouted with intention to do a session, but if you have a specific adventure in mind I am more than capable of adapting to a new environment - plus it's fun for me to get new perspectives!
WHAT HAPPENS IF THERE IS BAD WEATHER?
To be completely honest sometimes really great photos are created in seemingly crappy weather! However I am more than ready to reschedule if you are absolutely not feeling it or if it's dangerous to be out in.
WHAT DO I WEAR?
During our consult call we will be able to chat details about wardrobe, but typically neutrals or black and white without logos tend to lend themselves well to being photographed - that being said if there is something in your wardrobe you're really excited about I would love to see it!
I'M AWKWARD IN FRONT OF THE CAMERA, DO YOU HELP?
Yeah of course! I totally feel you on that one. I'm able to help you pose and will be excitedly showing you images on the back of the camera throughout the whole thing.
DO YOU RETOUCH THE PHOTOS?
Yes of course! Once the session is completed, I'll send you an online proof gallery with a whole BUNCH of images - you'll pick your top 'x' amount depending on the type of session you've booked or how many extra images you'd like to purchase, and I'll get to work!
CAN I HAVE THE RAW FILES?
I do not give out RAW or un-retouched photos. A large portion of my work is in the editing process and it's how I achieve the style you've booked me for!
WHEN CAN I EXPECT TO SEE THE EDITED IMAGES?
Typically my turnaround time for a session is 1-2 weeks from the day you choose your images and the balance is fully paid.
WHAT HAPPENS IF I LOSE MY IMAGES OR DON'T DOWNLOAD THE GALLERY IN TIME?
In general it is best to back up your photos at least once when you download them whether that is to a hard drive or a USB or an online storage. I do keep all images backed up and on multiple drives, however I do not guarantee I'll never have a drive fail. For that reason I cannot 100% say with certainty I will have your images forever, but I will do my best!
